NON-LOCKING WEB TORSO RESTRAINT

IMPORTANT PRODUCT INFORMATION—PLEASE READ BEFORE USING

INTENDED USE: To secure a person’s waist while in bed. It can be used with or without wrist and ankle restraints. Use only as specified in instructions.

INSTRUCTIONS: Peel apart the hook and loop and lay the restraint flat on the bed. Attach the side straps to the bed frame and put hook and loop back on itself. Press down to seal the hook and loop.Position the person on the restraint so the waist belt will be comfortable when secure. Bring both ends of the waist belt together around the person and secure by looping the tail end through the D-ring and put hook and loop back on itself. Press down to seal the hook and loop.

NOTE: Do not use for prolonged periods of time

MATERIALS USED

2" polypropylene web and 2" hook and loop.

CLEANING AND MAINTAINING

When cleaning, make sure all hook and loop is sealed on itself to prevent it from picking up materials in the laundry. Dry clean or launder in your facility’s laundry at less than 280°F. When decontaminating bloodborne pathogens, use one cup of bleach to a gallon of water, then rinse.

STORAGE

Store away from heat greater than 280° For open flame.
