LOCKING LEG WEIGHT
IMPORTANT PRODUCT INFORMATION—PLEASE READ BEFORE USING
INTENDED USE:To allow a restrained person to walk but impedes the progress of the person wearing it. At no time should a restrained person be unattended or unobserved by law enforcement personnel. Use only as specified in the instructions.
INSTRUCTIONS: : Before applying the restraint, unlock and unwrap completely. Wrap the weight around the ankle and adjust to the proper fitting by use of the hook and loop straps. Feed the attached strap through the lock, then lock using the instructions on the locks and keys spec sheet
NOTE:Do not use for prolonged periods of time. Improper adjustment may prohibit proper circulation.

DESCRIPTION:
The 10 lb. weight pouch is 14" long and 9" wide. The 20 lb. weight pouch is 20" long and 13" wide. The attached locking leather strap is 27" long and 1¼" wide with 14 adjustments. The two nylon straps are 26" long and 1" wide. Hook and loop is on the last 16" of the nylon straps.

MATERIALS USED
Black dyed 11+ oz leather, 1" welded steel loops, 1" black nylon, 1" hook and loop, L-300 lock, and Elmer's leg weight.
CLEANING AND MAINTAINING
For regular cleaning, wipe with a mild soap and warm water. When decontamination blood-borne pathogens, use one cup of bleach to a gallon of water, then rinse. After wiping the leather, allow it to air dry and apply neat’s-foot oil.
STORAGE
Store in a dry area to prevent mildew.
