IMPORTANT PRODUCT INFORMATION—PLEASE READ BEFORE USING

INTENDED USE: To restrict motion of the limbs of the restrained person. The lock promotes authorized release only. Use only as specified in the instructions.

INSTRUCTIONS: Check whether you have a wrist or ankle bed restraint. W stands for wrist, A for ankle. Another way to differentiate is that the wrist cuffs are 26" apart on the bed restraint and the ankle cuffs are 14" apart. Lay the restraint flat on the bed with the straps hanging off the side. Loop the straps around the anchoring point and pull through the lock and keeper. Follow locking instructions on the locks and keys spec sheet. Use the same procedure for the strap on the other side.

Unlock cuffs using locking instructions on the locks and keys spec sheet, open, and lay flat. Wrap the cuff around the limb and adjust to the proper fitting. Follow locking instructions on the locks and keys spec sheet. Use the same procedure for the other limbs.

Note: NOTE: Do not use for prolonged periods of time. Improper adjustment may prohibit proper circulation.
