INTENDED USE: Designed to aid law enforcement professionals in maintaining unruly prisoners.

INSTRUCTIONS: Place belt around wasit with buckle in back. With the ventilated hand part unsnapped, place handcuffed hands in flat and fold to snap together. Loop hook and loop straps around the folded hands and through the D-rings to secure. Place snap on top D-ring for secondary attachment.
