IMPORTANT PRODUCT INFORMATION—PLEASE READ BEFORE USING

INTENDED USE: To secure a person's waist while in bed. It can be used with or without wrist and ankle restraints. Use only as specified in the instructions.

INSTRUCTIONS: :Apply the side straps to the bed by placing the loop end on top of the bed and the strap end (with holes) over the side of the bed. Attach the strap around the bed frame and pull through the lock. Lock by following instructions on back of this page. Use the same procedure for the side strap on the other side. Then take the waist belt, hold lock face down, and pull the tail through loops of both side straps. Bring both ends of the waist belt together around the person and secure by looping the tail end through the lock.Continue by following locking procedures on the locks and keys spec sheet.

NOTE: Do not use for prolonged periods of time.

DESCRIPTION:

Set includes one BL-154 which is 54" long and 1¼" wide, and has twelve size adjustments, and two side straps which are 48" long and 1¼" wide with twelve size adjustments.

MATERIALS USED

12/13 oz leather, three Humane Restraint L-300 lock buckles, and steel keepers.

CLEANING AND MAINTAINING

For regular cleaning, wipe with a mild soap and warm water. When decontaminating bloodborne pathogens, use one cup of bleach to a gallon of water, then rinse. After wiping the leather, allow it to air dry and apply neat's-foot oil.

STORAGE

Store in a dry area to prevent mildew.
