L-300 LOCK INSTRUCTIONS:

To Open Lock: key, turn until lock pops up. Slide out strap. If pressure is on the locking pin, pull strap to release tension.

To Close Lock: rap through and to adjustment; push down until it clicks.

L-400 LOCK INSTRUCTIONS:

To Open Lock:Hook the green end of the key around the cross bar from below and with a downward push the hinged plate is flipped up

To Close Lock:The plain end of the key is hooked over the cross bar, and with a simple upward pull, the hinged plate is snapped shut, gripping the webbing.

RETURN POLICY:

All merchandise must have prior approval before being returned. Merchandise cannot be returned if it has been used or shows signs of use. Custom or special orders cannot be returned for credit. Items found to be ordered in error within two weeks from date of invoice will be exchanged free of charge if resalable. Credit will be applied to customer account. No cash refunds.

WARRANTY:

Humane Restraint Co., Inc. will warrant all products for defects in material and workmanship for a period of one year from date of purchase. We will repair or replace, at our option, any product timely delivered to us because of defects in material or workmanship. Humane Restraint Co., Inc. shall not be liable or responsible for incidental or consequential damages.

THE DECISION TO USE RESTRAINTS:

Any application of Humane Restraints is solely the decision of the health care professional or law enforcement professional ordering the application of such restraint. Persons deciding to apply Humane Restraints must evaluate the circumstances and accept responsibility for any consequences of such action.
