Polyurethane Wrist-Waist Restraint

IMPORTANT PRODUCT INFORMATION—PLEASE READ BEFORE USING

INTENDED USE:To secure a person's wrists at the waist. This restraint allows no freedom of movement of the arms. Use only as specified in the instructions.

INSTRUCTIONS: Unlock all locks. Wrap belt around waist so that the lock is in back and on the right side of the body. Loop the end of the belt through the lock and follow L-300 locking procedures on the locks and keys spec sheet to secure.

Then take one wrist and put it into the open wrist cuff,wrap the cuff around the wrist, and fit to the appropriate size adjustment. Follow L-300 locking procedures on the locks and keys spec sheet to secure the lock. Use this same procedure to secure the other wrist.

NOTE: Do not use for prolonged periods of time. Improper adjustment may prohibit proper circulation.

DESCRIPTION:

The belt is 48" long and1¼" wide with ten size adjustments and the cuffs are 12" long and 2" wide with eight size adjustments from 6" to 9¾".

SAFETY CHECK

Including, but not limited to, locks, rivets, and polyurethane.

MATERIALS USED

Steel loop, Humane Restraint L-300 locks, and polyurethane.

CLEANING AND MAINTAINING

For regular cleaning, wipe with a mild soap and warm water. When decontaminating bloodborne pathogens, use one cup of bleach to a gallon of water, then rinse and dry.

STORAGE

Store away from heat greater than 280°F or open flame.
